SS&L Heat & Air came to my home and replaced the air conditioning and heating units inside and outside on 9/11/2018. I wanted to share my experience. The men that came to my home were very professional, kind and respectful. Each man did a different job. They did their jobs diligently, thoroughly, and timely. They did an excellent job on both units. They were friendly as well. If you need any service on your ac or heating units, these are the guys to call. They will do the job right the first time. Great service! The place to call!

We are very happy with our yearly service contract. A technician came out for our spring/summer cleaning and found a part that was partially burnt. It was a fire hazard and we may not have caught it if it weren’t for this service. The technician was able to immediately replace the part. I encourage everyone to pay for the service contract. We already saved money by having it in place!

We have had a maintenance contract with SS&L for about 6 months (highly recommend this) because we had an old unit that had some issues. I randomly found SS&L after searching “heat and air” on google maps to find a place that was near. On the day of the first call I made due to an emergency issue, Lynn arrived within an hour to fix the problem. They came out several other times to fix problems and were fast and even arrived a few minutes EARLY for their appointment rather than hours late like other companies I have dealt with. We decided to replace our 2 ton unit that was constantly having issues and they arrived to install it just two days after we placed our order. Again, they were on time and Colby and Lynn and their crew were friendly, funny and hard working. They ran into a few snags with installation issues from our old unit but fixed them and kept on going. I was doing yard work as the crew worked and could hear them laughing with each other and all seemed to really enjoy their job. The men had to enter our attic from the crawl space on our carport at some point and while up there one noticed some boxes that were stacked poorly and causing some boards on the carport ceiling to sag. He rearranged the boxes to fix the problem and then screwed the board back in place! Wow! That’s is WAY above and beyond. When they were finished they cleaned up everything and left my home exactly how it was when they arrived. The new unit is beautiful and runs so well. I would highly recommend SS&L.

For all you people reading these reviews—let me tell you why this company is the best. When we moved back to Bald Knob-Lynn was at our home doing some wood work for us and something happened to our air. He fixed it and didn’t charge a thing!! A few years ago Lynn gave us a bid on a central unit for our shop upstairs. We didn’t go with him but when we had a problem with it we called him and he was right here to fix it. He didn’t charge us a thing!! We started having trouble with our home unit and needed a motor. He went to his shop and got one of his and installed it for us. We just had Lynn and his crew to install a new 5 ton unit in our home. It is the BEST!!!! Our unit runs half the time our old one did and it’s sooo quiet!!!! Love it! These guys are awesome!!!!!!

The people that install my unit I would recommend them highly. They were clean and neat. Cleaned up after selfs haled off old unit. I love their work and them.

They did all the work in one day and did a great job. I can not say enough about the great job they did. Repairing other things that needed to be fixed when putting in my unit was included in the price. All of his crew were so nice and professional. I would recommend them to anybody!!
