The BEST service and knowledge around. I had one company out of Heber Springs and one out of Little Rock look at my unit. Both told me the evaporator coil was out and it would run $1800 to fix. We are very happy with our yearly service contract. A technician came out for our spring/summer cleaning and found a part that was partially burnt. It was a fire hazard and we may not have caught it if it weren’t for this service. The technician was able to immediately replace the part. I encourage everyone to pay for the service contract. We already saved money by having it in place!
