Their experience and knowledge to get the job done right the first time and keep the equipment running at optimal performance, or guide us when replacement is needed is by far the best! And they may even surprise you when a quick simple adjustment is needed and waive the cost. 🙂 Whether the job is large or small, they never fail to figure out what is needed, repair or replace at a fair price and guide you how to save cost. They will work with your schedule and even work you in to their busy day if you have a priority such as elderly or small children to keep them safe in hot or cold weather. We had an issue with our AC today. After being jerked around by another company that we’d been using, these guys came out and fixed our issue quickly and at a reasonable price. I feel like they went above and beyond because they not only fixed our original problem but also cleaned out our drain line as well. I would definitely recommend them and use again.
For all you people reading these reviews—let me tell you why this company is the best. When we moved back to Bald Knob-Lynn was at our home doing some wood work for us and something happened to our air. He fixed it and didn’t charge a thing!! A few years ago Lynn gave us a bid on a central unit for our shop upstairs. We didn’t go with him but when we had a problem with it we called him and he was right here to fix it. He didn’t charge us a thing!! We started having trouble with our home unit and needed a motor. He went to his shop and got one of his and installed it for us. We just had Lynn and his crew to install a new 5 ton unit in our home. It is the BEST!!!! Our unit runs half the time our old one did and it’s sooo quiet!!!! Love it! These guys are awesome!!!!!!
They waited at my request until I went to the lake for a couple weeks. Come in & installed it and I couldn’t even tell anyone had been here. Very neat & tidy. Found the work.

It’s a weekend, and we are without AC. One call to SS&L and a tech is here in less than an hour. He’ll be back tomorrow to fix the problem! Five stars!
