For all you people reading these reviews—let me tell you why this company is the best. When we moved back to Bald Knob-Lynn was at our home doing some wood work for us and something happened to our air. He fixed it and didn’t charge a thing!! A few years ago Lynn gave us a bid on a central unit for our shop upstairs. We didn’t go with him but when we had a problem with it we called him and he was right here to fix it. He didn’t charge us a thing!! We started having trouble with our home unit and needed a motor. He went to his shop and got one of his and installed it for us. We just had Lynn and his crew to install a new 5 ton unit in our home. It is the BEST!!!! Our unit runs half the time our old one did and it’s sooo quiet!!!! Love it! These guys are awesome!!!!!!

The BEST service and knowledge around. I had one company out of Heber Springs and one out of Little Rock look at my unit. Both told me the evaporator coil was out and it would run $1800 to fix. SS&L came in and repaired my unit for under $250. Will never use anyone else! Best sales and service around! Thank you SS&L

They were responsive and empathetic with my problem and they do a good job. They have serviced my heat and air about three or four times.
It’s a weekend, and we are without AC. One call to SS&L and a tech is here in less than an hour. He’ll be back tomorrow to fix the problem! Five stars!
